As part of People for a Healthy Community, the Gabriola Guardian Project was established to tackle the issue of homelessness on Gabriola. Solutions to homelessness will be based upon a homelessness study which is currently underway as well as upon the outcome of the Fall Homelessness Forum and upon extensive work with the community at large. We recognize that there is no single answer to homelessness, but we believe that we can make a difference for those Gabriolans who are most in need.
